This is a lovely photo of dogwood blossoms, and it has more tones of pink than any pink dogwood I have seen. I think dogwoods are very challenging to photograph and I can't explain why! your overall composition, lighting, and cropping are excellent.

What pretty flowers!! Its weird that I ran into this picture because I was just thinking about a dog wood tree. I had an idea of a piece that I wanted to make and some reason I thought of dog wood. I really didn't know that they are that beautiful though. Its soo cool and pretty to look at. Nice shot!! Thank you for sharing!! :D

so lovely. I can tell that it was a windy day, when you took this image. I like the darkened background, and the clarity of lines of the petals, and textures of the stamens. That long like at the bottom, can still be cloned, except if you have chose to retain it.

The blossoms are excellent focused. They show well defined detail and nice natural colors. Your photo has a good depth. Your framing shows us the abidance of the dogwood which apparently covers a big garden area.

Nice one. I love the Pink Dogwoods. We have one Pink, one white and one red. There is always a Dogwood festival and a "Dogwood trail" where the streets are marked that lead you through various neighborhoods where the home owners show off their beautiful Dogwoods. I love this time of year. Nice work here ~ Steve

I really like dogwood blossoms and these pink ones are just lovely. Your use of the natural light really show off their lovely yellow centers surrounded by four soft waxy looking petals. The pink striations leading from the petal tips toward the centers give the petals a hand painted look.

I like this very much. Well framed. Beautiful color harmony. Whimsical feel. Fun and free. A pleasure to view. I would frame and display this photo proudly. Very well done. A touch of spring and warmth.
