What a symbolic tribute to Mother's every where. Your close up of these lovely flowers creates the illusion of angels...so appropriate for how many of us view our mothers. The throat of the flower looks like a figure with open arms and the large petals like the wings.

What wonderful tribute to our mothers. I used to get my mom an orchid every Mothers Day as she so loved them. She had a gren thump and could make each of them grow and produce more flowers. She passed away two years ago at the ripe old age of 92. I miss her and your orchids remind me of her. Thank you for posting Cleo ~ Steve

Lovely sentiment - our Mother's Day was back in March when I was lucky enough to receive some beautiful flowers and other gifts from my three. These Orchids are stunning and presented so well in the frame with the softer green leaves contrasting well. Excellent lighting and focus. Lovely composition Cleo. Suzanne
