I'd consider making it whiter for more impact!

It s almost amazing how lovely this looks with just the use of different shades of white. I especially like your use of high lights, and also the set up of the still life.
Also your brush work is very good, and it is easy to see how well you have paid attention to details. I also like the fine textures you have brought out in the background.
The format and framing works well and all the different items are well placed on the canvas. A truly lovely and well done painting, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Wonderful initial impression, I immediately like this piece , it's very beautiful , simple, understated, very effective, the white tones and variations of tone are visually pleasing and soothing to the viewer, the pitcher is very well created, it's shape and color, shaded and light areas give it a very realistic appearance, the single flower placed facing away draws the eye and works very well as presented, the flower placed on the table face down makes the viewer want to pick it up and see it's face. The background is very well created, keeping in the same white tones but defined so well that we see it's a table placed against the wall. This presents as a very well thought out piece, it's beautiful and perfect for this contest, best to you!
