I am guessing: Your 4th filter might be a filter on your background. Maybe "bumps and crater" or a "bubble" filter.
What you did worked and, I guess again, you are satisfied with the outcome. The raindrop is nicely emphasized by the blue coloring and the light background. The plant seems the center of attention. The plant is emphasized by the blue in its background and the outline of the raindrop. This whole creation looks like a painting on textured background.

This reminds me of a murano glass type of paperweight or snow globe. I really like the water droplets on the leaves and the striations you created in the leaves.

Interesting creation, very well presented! This has the look of freshness! I love the green plant with the clear rain drops, very creative to enclose the plant inside of the larger drop, the blues and green compliment each other . Nice green and gray tones in background really bring the raindrop forward. This was a pleasure to view! Thank you for sharing it!
