Linda! Thank you for dedicating this to me! So sweet. I am sorry I missed it until Grace told me about it. Kinda had a lot going on between work and my 90 yr old aunt who was hospitalized on mother's day.
All is well now.
I like the vintage look your textures and highlights created along with the styles of the vases.
Nicely done...and thank you again!!

I am always drawn into this style of texture and pastel. Maybe because I grew up with it all over my mother;s home, Like the shadows and grayish tone. Thanks for sharing

What a unique work of art here Linda. I note it is another recycled piece. It came out very well as it has such a unique look and feel. The colors, or lack of them, give a special sense to this still life. Great work Linda ~ Steve

It was so nice of you to dedicate this to Sange! I can't imagine you having a flop creation :) The textures and the strokes you used in your highlighting is very attractive. I like the shape of your vases and the flowers. The shading is done well too. You created a nice variety of white tones.

You should have seen the original...it looked liked something a kindergarten child would create. I painted it out and started over. So happy you enjoyed the new creation.

Lol! I always think that exact thing and have been to known to say the same thing about my attempts at painting!

I very much like the soft color palette you have used here. Good for you in recycling another painting and not letting what you might call a flop discourage you. Your shadowing adds nice depth to the work.

What a lovely neutral colored still life that has wonderful tones of mauve and pink in it. I love the white dogwood bloom and the incredible texture created in the vases.
The gray background is a perfect color to give this a monochromatic feel with subtle color variation.
Beautiful highlight and shadow done in this work.
A real pleasure to view and review.

You have done it again.
You have come up with a great way to recycle your supplies.
I love all of the different shades of white you've added to your old painting to give new shades to this.
The flowers are so lovely.
You've done a great still life.
A pleasure to view, thanks for sharing.

Lovely use of the various shades of white in the main focus of the painting. The surrounding colors emphasize the subjects very nicely. Great art.
