I love the colors and the all the details of this tree I've seen them in our area bloom in purple blooms. Very nice job cropping so that we can see all of the petals and the center. Nice that you left the green leaves around it ,makes for nice contrast, Well focused and well framed.

This is so pretty. I really like the broad leaves of this tree. They created a nice background for this unusual flower. It looks like a cross between a tulip and a Passion flower. The bright orange throat gives it a multi-layered petal look. The cone shaped center is unique and the stamens look like another row of spike shaped petals.
