I see a piece of original contemporary impressionism that has a rare kind vibrancy about it. All the key aspects of this piece have a symmetry and cohesiveness that draws them together for the benefit of the lady bug and in turn the viewers eye.

Pastels and Watercolor are made for each other. Where one is weak the other is strong. This blending, in the right combination yields the colors of the artist mind.

This very, very fine and should do well in the contest ... B-)) Bob

Very well done and colorful. With wings it could be a ladybug landing or taking off. The past 3 years I have studied lady bugs from eggs to pupae to ladybug.
