It is indeed a beautiful scene you have pictured here Pat, and I like absolutely everything about it. It has an almost dram like quality, and the two dogs playing in the water adds a lot of interest. You have captured such fine reflections in the shiny water, and also fine ripples created by the dogs.
Your photo is pin sharp showing truly clear and well defined details all over, and the exposure is spot on. The colors are truly lovely and I like so much how the light is falling on the green hills on the right.
The slight HDR has worked wonders, and so has the slight cropping. The dogs are so well placed in the photo, and this of course makes for a good and well balanced composition. Indeed a beautiful and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.

You are more than welcome Pat. I think this one must be one of your best, and the exstra star is well deserved.

I can see why it is called Reflections Lake as the reflections of the surrounding countryside create a beautiful mirror image. The dogs seem to be enjoying themselves in the pristine water.

a great action shot with your dogs cooling off and having fun, wish i was there to jump in, its 94 high humidity , very good details and depth and the ripples in the water disturbed a beautiful reflection but add more to the story, a pleasure to look at, thank you for sharing, dale

Very Cool,Pat!
It's another great looking 'Far Northern' type of a picture and the addition of your dogs wading out into the still waters of the lake adds an enjoyably amusing aspect to the scene! : D

Pat,
A stunning picture of Reflections Lake with your two dogs Kaiser & Fisher enjoying exploring the lake on which the snow capped mountains in the background are reflected under an over cast sky. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
