I love how you captured this bird with such a proud appearance. His "puffed up" chest gives him the appearance of having just been named "top bird". The muted background is lovely behind the well-defined bird's feathers.

Dof is really good in this one,like how the bird is separated from the distance,good detail in the black feathers,not easy by any means,do wonder if a vertical might have improved this,but minor detail as its still a good one..Brian

A great image. Amazing detail and focus. He wanted to be a star and he knew you were the girl to make it happen. I mean look at that expression on his face, He was loving the attention. This is putting a smile on my face because his expression is priceless.
