A quite beautiful bird photo presented here for our enjoyment! Your fine composition captures an interesting moment. Like the way the bird is perched on the branch. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Great photo!

I like this shot. Very clear and well balanced. I agree, he is a handsome fellow.
I didn't realize that not all herons were tall, leggy birds.

This is indeed a handsome bird. The details in the shot are very strong showing off the natural patterns in the feathers. Nice sharp focus. The colors are also well seen. The dark background sets him off and helps create the environment. Well seen.

Focus is sharp, eye clarity is Fab, his colors are perfect and the details from the two duckweed leaves on his bill ( top and under) down to his long nails on his feet are superb.

The triangles of branches are emphasizing the bird. Your focus was spot on the heron. The details of body and plumage are well defined. I appreciate the natural colors. The colors of the background are emphasizing the bird nicely. Your photo is well balanced and framed.

This is a great shot Grace. I love it! Green Heron looks lonely. Like the gray blue with brownish color. I like the bird's eye and the pattern on the wings the most. It looks kinda cool. Also like how the bird keep balance on one led. Your work is outstanding as always. You deserve highest six star! I can see that you spend a lot of time with the birds so they know you well.
