Love it Linda!
Just gave my last six away so these will have the do.

I love the colors and the way the clone flowers appear to be dancing and swaying in the breeze. Great colors, fine details and beautiful soft background.
Fine water color Linda!

I have a couple pieces of contemporary impressionistic watercolors hanging in my home. They are by an unknown artist by the name of Matton. Your work is very similar to that artist.

I see an uncluttered composition with neat clean lines and bold brush strokes.

Harmonizing colors against gently changing background colors - so soothing.

The proportions and placement of the cone flowers is marvelous - you got it just right.

Your artist notes sums up the essence of art - trying something new, expanding ones horizons, and taking your art further from where you found it.

I think you will be a quick watercolor study from what I see in this piece ... B-)) Bob

I truly hope that this wonderful piece of artwork goes far. It is gorgeous. I just want to lose myself in it and escape from reality. I like the world of your painting much better than the world we live in. It looks innocent and clean. Well done

I think you did a great job for your first painting in watercolor. You are right, it is challenging and a class will do you wonders. Watercolors are one of my mediums. Check out agnes-cecile on Youtube. She is amazing and one of my favorite watercolor artists. I found her on Deviantart website.

I think your work is lovely. This is impressive for being a first attempt with the medium. Your flowers have the shapes of cornflowers and your mixing of the colors looks very nice.

Oh what a wonderful piece this is Linda!

Your Coneflowers are excellent and I love how you've switched up the colors. I also really like the way you've framed it by not having them all the same height throughout....makes a much more visually appealing piece. Actually also impressed that this is your first foray into watercolors! Nicely done....I always had a hard time keeping them from running and/or curling my paper. Really like this one.

Thank you so much. 140 lb or higher paper holds the water without too much curling. The 300 lb is best but also most expensive. I bought the chePer 140 lb to see whether I wanted to continue in watercolors.

I love the good variety of flowers you used in this painting. I love the way you depicted the sky, almost fluid. The colors are bright and the painting is just overall very pleasing to the eye

Another elegant watercolour painting. You have maintained the simplicity that is required while painting in watercolours. I like the format and the balance. Overall a fine effort. Thanks for sharing!
