I had no idea Seshadri that you were such a talented artist w/ pencils.....I thought you only did digital pieces. THIS is an amazingly beautiful little face.....so well drawn and presented too.

I love the paint finish...it has given your piece such wonderful, rich color. Just a shame where it has almost seemed to run on the face in several spots. Is that something you can clean up?? B/c it really is quite a wonderful piece. I would have easily given it a gold star had it not been for those marks. Regardless, I wish you the best of luck w/ it in the contest.

Actually it was a conscious effort to keep the paint on the face to make the portrait different from the regular ones. I am regularly entering my drawings too. May be you have missed them. Especially the ink drawing that won the'Imagination' contest recently Nowa days I'm doing a lot of 'mixing and matching' stuff. :):) I appreciate your nice review. Thank you so much for your support. hmmnnn....I DO often go to the Art side as well Seshadri. Perhaps it's the whole deal w/ contest entrants where artist name is not included?? Congratulations on winning the 'imagination' contest! I will definitely have to check out your page today and have a look. I really did like this one here a lot Seshadri.

Beautiful child, very well presented, beautifully created, his eyes really draw the viewer in , he's an innocent child with a soulful look in his eyes, he's in the shadows, but deserves to be in a happy place in the sunshine, this is a compelling image, beautiful work! Best to you in the contest!

Very nicely done. I like the mixture of traditional and digital media. I think this is so underused. The effect colour paper change seems to have really worked well with the overall painting effect looking seamless and so well done. Well done.
