Love the little ones lined up so diligently behind Dad Fred.

Your whites are wonderful and the wide framing has given the little family plenty of room. All those crisp little heads are delightful. Your image makes me smile!!

I have never seen swans swimming in family formation either. I think normally mom takes care for the little ones on the outings. I like how the photo is framed. The panorama format emphasizes the formation. The reflections are intriguing. I appreciate the natural colors.

I am no naturalist but it could be that all ducks and swans escort their young whilst swimming? Your symmetrical composition is very effective in presenting what is happening. Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely taken!

Those little ones are just too cute and I like to see them swimming in the line between their parents. The colors look very good and the details stand out nicely.

A fantastic capture here, timed beautifully and showing these swans and cygnets in a great formation, with great clarity and focus and cropped into a well suited panoramically framed image. I would have cropped a little more from the top and removed the shade altogether personally, but either way the murky green of the water contrasts well with the white sheen of the Swans and the grey twinge of the youngsters feathers and down. A lovely capture of these quiet but sinister birds ;)

This image tells a nice story of the mom and dad swans teaching their cygnets the lay of the land so to speak I like the light reflections in the water and the mirror reflections of the swan family.

Another lovely shot.
The dark green of the water offsets the white of the swans very nicely.
The darker babies really stand out here.
Will they be white when they grow up?

A very "cool" shot Fred!

Love the whole family lined up... great way nature has of keeping their families together.

Your colors here are done very nicely as well as your controlled whites :)

Great job.
