WOW! Now that's one for the Internet for sure! We can clearly see each animal depicted. And are those "watch posts"? Like tree houses? BEAUTIFUL!

A neat looking image with the b/w effect on the doors and the color of the sideing, nice contrast.
These doors just speak of Alaska. Quite the artist that made this work of art.
Nice capture and fun to seel

these are gorgeous, works of art, but then in time long gone, art was for the pleasure of life, tapestries to keep the cold from the walls, etc as is this. In my native Hungary, some farms still put horns over the gate way- as a reminder of our Mongol past. Are they iron?

Thank you so very much! These were made of a type of metal and I believe the designs are cut with a torch.

These are some interesting doors. I wouldn't mind having doors depicting wildlife. I like how artistic and inviting the images are. The rusty hinges give the impression that those door have been hanging there for some time.

Lol! I messed up my review, left out the word 'mind'. I wouldn't mind having doors depicting wildlife, lol! Maybe a bit smaller though. I think it is interesting :)

That?s okay, I do it often and have to change wording too!

Surely this is not the entry to the lodge. A most impressive set of doors though and a very nice shot of them. Excellent detail and a great rustic look.

Thank you very much! This is the entry to the old lodge, and every single entrance has these same doors! The building looks to be in pretty good shape so I am surprised it was closed down.

Pat,
A beautiful picture of this pair of doors with the Grizzly on other right & the Big Horn Sheep on the left each with snow capped mountains in the background. In the upper panels a Forest fire lookout post. Interesting composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

These doors are so cool and so representative of what Alaska means to me. Art can take many forms and these are very artistic. I like the blind at the top and pioneers often kept salted fish there in case of emergencies. The long horn sheep and the bear are such wonderful wildlife representations. The lumber and the rugged mountains are also indigenous.

Quite an interesting shot posted here! Are they entrance doors into a special place? Your nice image benefits from being well composed, sharp with good exposure! Nicely done!

Thank you so very much! Yes, these are the doors to the Clam Gulch Lodge. It?s a tiny area , not even a town, mostly recreational.

Thanks!
