This is a lovely piece and reminds me of my school days. Though I wanted to give this a 5star rating. I feel that you missed out on capturing the 3D element to give it more form.

it's kind of hard to review digital art because is very tricky. I see a slice of orange but it doesn't look even or proportioned
The colors are a little dull. Even though it has texture I would have rather see sharper lines

What a wonderful rendition of an orange slice. It is so realistic, it got my mouth watering for an orange. The color and tones are realistic. Love the tilt of the orange and the composition. Good luck in the contest.
