A well done portrait style shot that captures her look. Good lighting to bring out the shadows and details. Good focus. I personally would have preferred a more relaxed and natural shot that would have also captured her character. The B&W works nicely for this shot. You could possibly add just a light amount of vignette to hold the eye in the picture. Well shot.
