The white pencil strokes on black work well. The drawing is aesthetic and intriguing. The body looks a bit as if carved in wood even with the hair added. I find this abstraction intriguing. It makes the drawing impersonal and somewhat symbolic for the ideal shape of the human body.

You did a great job of the proportions of the muscle. This is hard because we as artist have to know the skeleton structure and underlying muscle. Great job on the tons especially bringing out depth with your greys and white. I like how you included the chest hairs. Thanks for sharing.

Good, educational, interesting and artistic, i find this art to be well presented, fascinating in the texture, as it seems like a real black and white image of a human body, one could mistake it for being a real man, i'm impressed, it is well put together. Good Luck!

Nicely done. I like the synthesis of this piece as you moved to the black and white. I think the half body works very well. Good detail throughout. You have used the light source well in creating the shape and shading in this piece. Simple but complex. Well seen.

I wish I had six stars left. You did a fabulous job of rendering the strong muscle tone. The light and shadows give full dimension to this figure. I love the way you created the fine curly body hair on the face, arms and torso. Superb!

Wonderful initial impact: this is very well drawn with amazing detail showing the form of a mans body, excellent light and shaded areas , I like the black background and the white pastel pencil and feel that this was the perfect choice to bring the most powerful impact! This is amazing and very well presented!
