Very atmospheric shot showing the lone woman walking along the beach as the storm clouds hover over the horizon. I like the way the fading light still lights up the water and that you can see the wind turbines in the distance. Very good lighting and focus showing a nice clear image. Great composition. Suzanne

Nicely composed. I especially like the way you can see the rain along the horizon. The walking woman adds a bit of interest to the otherwise subdued palette. One suggestion I would make is to see how it would look if you cropped it so that there is more of a 1/3 - 2/3 ratio.

this is certainly Worth a six if only for the clever composition, Breaking the rules, with the woman leaving and not entering the scene; a very dramatic capture with the dark clouds above the silvery sea;

The depth of the photo is the paramount point of this photo. The storm is the center of attention, then you see the woman. It is a absolutely wonderful photo. The composition is tremendous. You can almost feel the cold wind off the storm. Well done!

I think this is beautiful.
The storm in the distance is dark and menacing.
The windmills look like they're going to be victims of the storm, as is the woman.
Well done.

Nice capture of the storm in the background, but part of the water is too bright and this distracts

nice angle of shot and depth of field

good use of the person as another center of interest

thanks for sharing

Love this stark landscape photo. I like how the storm clouds are so delineated above the windmills in the distance. The silhouetted woman walking along stirs the imagination. Nice light casting where the sea meets the sand. Pleasure to view.Great job!

Oh, I really like the silver and lavenders in this scene. The lavender storm clouds in the distance create terrific colors in the ocean. The sunlight trying to force through the dark sky creates a shimmmery silver reflection across the waves and damp sand. The solitary figure in silhouette adds to the somber mood of this piece.

A very nice shot with a chilling undertone. The subject walking out of the image adds to the stark effect of the brewing storm and the desolate beach.
