i really do like this. very clean presentation. the floral form is excellent. the shading is excellent. the blend of color is awesome. the details is excellent. the depth is excellent. love the matting illusion which is like the cherry on top so to speak. the creation is well balanced and very eye appealing to the viewer. so very creative and awesome work overall. "Improvement" is understatement. This piece is head and shoulders over your previous work.

I believe from what little I have seen of your work that watercolor combined with heavy stock paper is you best suit.

This piece captures the essence of the delicate petals and treats them to a fine display of there beauty.

The soft blue frame you placed them in brings a soft contrast that is very pleasing.

The extrusion of some of the branches from the blue background lends a 3-D effect that is simply masterful.

I see this piece as a signature that I will recognize immediately ... B-)) Bob

This is a wonderful creation Linda! I love the pink tones in the rose and buds, nice detail in the fully opened rose, nice detail in the stems and leaves, good choice to present against the blue background , and again, I love the way this spills out of the main frame, it's very pleasing to view. Nice detail in the tones and definition of the petals. Beautiful work ! Very well presented!
