I see a pleasing study of refracted light.

The cloud edges are sharp and well seen and standing above the silhouetted mountains lends high short scale contrast to the scene.

The waters of the sea are the calming and stabilizing and are in harmony with the scene.

Pleasing initial impact - soothing and cool.

The peach color is reflected evenly across the take.

Well done, makes want to pack my bags and leave tonight ... B-)) Bob

This really is a beautiful shot of an all time favourite subject matter.The colours are awesome and the fading light adds mystery. Finely composed and timed this makes interesting viewing

A really nice sunset here Fred. As you know I am into sunsets and this one has my favorite elements: Reflection of the sky on the water, dark silhouette to accent the sky, and the beautiful glow on the clouds from the setting sun. Really pretty scene Fred ~ Steve

The dark clouds look threatening, but the illumination by the descending sun adds the feel of beauty to the sky. The dark silhouettes emphasize the sky nicely. The light reflections in the water are intriguing. The photo has a good DOF and is well balanced.

As I know it is a sunset, it is beautiful.
But it also looks as if there is a big fire off to the right, with the glowing of fire and smoke just billowing around.
I love silhouettes. I just love it.
Very clear and focused.

is that a lighthouse on the small hill? still a cool and colorful capture. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of the water, skyline and golden sky is awesome. the capture of the light is perfect. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.
