This is quite a lot very scene and I enjoyed your artist notes. The stone formations have an abstract human form that reminds me of teacher and pupil. The bird in front of the glowing orb in the sky is so eye catching. I like the soothing light reflections on the water.

This is very interesting to view and your notes really make me think, I like the rocks stacked in the fore, I see this a lot on beaches, the vivid orange really draws the eye , the bird brings life and adds interest I like the way you emphasized the bird with the increased light, the sun is bright! It sort of tells us to look at the light , perhaps this is part of what you are trying to express! That we should always look at the light but to not just look! But to be aware that we are looking and seeing , I think that we probably go through our days unaware of most of what we do, we look but we focus our thoughts more on what we are looking at then the fact that we are looking, when we hear something again we concentrate on what we are hearing more then the fact that we are hearing, if this makes sense to you, that's what I get from this , I like it, it's well presented and it was enjoyable to view,

Exactly on point Pat. If you see two people walking and ask them what they are doing one will say 'I am going to lunch'. The other will say 'I'm walking". One is Present and one is somewhere else. Tank you so much for your insightful reiew and comments ~Steve

I will be working on awareness today, and paying attention to what people say to me to determine if they are aware, this is awesome! Thank you for making me think!

Love the notes, Steve. May we all learn! Wonderful post processing to create an image evoking your notes. I really like the rock formations which for me appear as the wise sages who really "see". So very well done. Ed.

Lovely shot even when taking into account the "sun" is a digital addition

good creativity, technique and initial impact

Thank you Galia. Actually the sun, touching the top of the rock was Not added. It is the sun setting. Also the bird was Not added. I caught it at that place in the frame. The only thing added was the glow around the bird. Thank you again ~ Steve

Someone is definitely having an epiphany, or possibly indigestion. This is an amusing shot that actually does evoke thought and consideration. Nice catch with the bird. Well seen and planned.

Thanks Charles. I think it is more a case of indigestion than epiphany. I always appreciate your reviews ~ Steve

This is a super image. I think it would make a great poster with a powerful phrase attached. Love how you sillouetted the rocks against the setting sun. And the seagull flying into the picture makes it even more stunning. Nice work, Steve.

Hey FS, what a beautiful image with most intriguing artist notes. I love everything
about this one but also think the center white orb looks like it doesn't belong in the image. Maybe a little to bright for me, it seems like this would have more impact
without it. Just my honest thoughts. Love the deep silhouetted rocks and bird caught in flight. Great Work FS! VO

Thank you so much VO. Actually that bright orb is the sun as it was setting. I moved to position it right there. It IS a bit bright for sure. I guess it does lose a bit of meaning and context in this image. Oh well. I Always so appreciate your comments VO nd just hearing from you ~ FS

Totally different and sort of a mystery this one, this shows imagination to the extreme, sometimes that works sometimes not, different, might though have had that circle bang centre of those rocks, but apat from that, well done steve for thinking outside the box, wish more people on here done that...Brian

Thanks Brian. The circle is the setting sun and in this one I purposely placed it there and captured the pelican at the same time. This is one of about 40 scenes of these rocks and some do have the sun in the center with a cool reflection on the water. Thanks for your always enlightening reviews and comments ~ Steve

Steve,#A beautiful & mystical image of the setting sun touching the top of the balancing rock pile on the rigt its light reflecting off the glistening sea & a blove a gull in flight inside it's own orb of glowing orange light! Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
