I sure have missed seeing your beautiful work! I've been recovering from hand surgery. Had to learn to use my left hand which was challenging! I love the textures and contrast in this capture. Also, beautiful clear focus on this dragon fly. Or should I say, skimmer. Love how the light reflects off it's tail letting us see the iridescent colors. Beautiful!

I have missed your work too! Hand surgery... ugh! You probably aren't able to do much until that heals! I hope your hand will be as good as new once it heals.

Yes, the doctor will only let me paint 5 min a day! I can?t probably paint 1 eye on an animal. Lol

This is a great close up look at this dragonfly! You have achieved such excellent sharpness and detail. The exposure, light, and color are great too. I like the way the dragonfly is holding on to the stem.
