I had a sweet Uncle Cosmo and I think of him Everytime someone posts Cosmos here.
I like the 3 clustered together highlighted with a soft shadedike background.
Focus is sharp, white balance controlled and Placement within the frame is superb.

Those Cosmos are gorgeous, especially the flower right below draws the eyes wit two short petals. The flowers are crisp and have beautiful defined textures which is not easy to accomplish with white subjects. The composition is eye pleasing. The dark background emphasizes the white triangle of flowers nicely. Those three are not only a charm [spell], the are very charming as well.

I understand your summer weather conditions completely. Here is the St. Louis area, we are desperate for rain after 6 weeks of very hot temperatures. My flowers are also doing well including orange Cosmos. Your white blossoms are outstanding in every way. Such good white tones, not washed out, and the dark green background is perfect for their debut on FanArt Review!

The camera settings are well established and have produced a high resolution image of good contrast, color and tonal range.
The subject is well captured with good placement in the frame.

Oh love your very natural presentation of these pretty white COSMOS av. I have also done a lot of watering this summer but getting ready for five days of hard rain they say and I won't mind that a bit!
Your whites are perfect and you've captured really nice detail in the petals and tthe seed heads. The frothy green foliage definitely makes them show well. Well exposed and nicely framed. So enjoy seeing your flowers posted just as they are in your gardens. They are lovely and I'm very pleased I have one gold star left to share this week.

The cosmos are such delicate flowers, and this photo depicts that perfectly. The focus is exceptional and the flowers are the center attraction. Their lovely spiderweb greenery add to the soft feel of the photograph. Wonderful photo.
