I really like the details you captured on this sea gull in flight. The uplifted wings with their charcoal tips and the dark head are a nice contrast to the whiteness of the body feathers. The splayed tail in flight and the streamlined legs demonstrate its aerodynamic properties.

Excellent capture of the Seagull looking very intent on getting his cookie. He looks very menacing. We have very large gulls where I live so have to be careful about eating outside! I like the uncluttered background sea which shows him off well. Very good lighting and focus. Great composition. Suzanne

Fred,
A beautiful stop action picture of this Black Headed Gull on the wing heading straight for that unfortunate child's biscuit, the sunlight catching the gull's white plumage & then dancing off the sea below. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques , perfect white balance & sharp focus.
