The photographer has captured the presentation of the "lechon" extremely well. The focus is great and you are pulled from the smiling face of the chef to the well roasted piglet. It is an educational photo showing how different countries cook and eat. Thank you for sharing.

I know to some this image is gross but if you have never eaten a roast pig you ha e missed out. This is a lovely shot that depicts how many cultures waste no part of a food source.

It looks like he is about to start carving this beauty. I think they are generally cooked on a rotating spit. I like this perspective that shows the dining tables in front of the open water.

Fred,
an interesting picture showing the whole Roasted Piglet ready to be carved & eaten & I'm sure tasted delicious but I'd prefer it to be minus it's head & feet that would make me feel like a Cannibal eating it....squeamish westerner that I am! Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
