Another fine shot Deb. I live the pink and orange. I had no idea Azaleas were toxic. That is a good piece of info actually.
The black vase and azalea would make an interesting piece actually.
The lighting here is subdued and it has a slightly mystical look to it if you will.
Super vivid.
Nice!

Congratulations on the Recognized Award! Your use of light is exceptional with these azaleas, showing off the pistels, staymens, and "vein" markings on these lovely blossoms.

Deborah,
A beautiful picture of these beautiful pink/mauve Azalea glowing in the light falling on them & standing out in three dimensions from their blurred background.
Beautiful framing filling composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Perfectly cropped and well composed shot of this beautiful Azalea. Very well photographed with good back lighting and sharp focus and good details and clarity in your image. I enjoyed reading your artists notes! Your soft yet bright diffused background compliments your work beautifully. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing!

Nice one, Deb. You must be having a field day in your garden. There is so much to photograph and everyday it's different. Love the bright purple against the green and orange muted background. It makes it pop.

The first thing that hit me was a crooked smiley face in the middle. Love the two flowers facing opp. directions. Good Sunlight. Like the orange background, good contrast. Nice focus. Looks like they're telling you that they are healthy and ready to go. Take care.

What a beautiful closeup photo of his azalea with excellent selective focus.
I like how the forefront ruffles are so crisp and the image softens as it progresses. Outstanding depth and detail and a gorgeous pink lavender color. So interesting that yours are still in bloom as they are some of the first to bloom in May here. What a difference the distance makes. Simply beautiful Deborah!
