What a beautiful capture of this bee. It looks like it's in a bubble from the sphere. The effect really gives this photo a unique look with some subtle artistic flare. I love the purple blooms, and the image is very crisp and
Clear. A real pleasure to view.

    Marsha,
thanks a million for your complementary review on kind words. The Sphere magnifies the subject without having to crop it too closely.

Good color and sharp focus in this shot. The bee is well seen as it collect the pollen and nectar from the lavender flowers. I am not sure the sphere adds that much to the shot, but it doesn't bother me that much either. The background helps create an environment for the shot.

Great artist notes for a great image. I always like how you put your subjects in a sphere. it makes you photos so distinctly different than the average photos seen here. Another really nice work Susan ~ Steve

Hi Susan!
So it's prob'ly not a species of bee that we'd happen upon over here in North America,is it?
Well,Susan,I'm certainly happy to see your beautifully colorful, nicely interesting photographic presentation of it then! : )
It's a very 'Good Show',my friend!

Very well photographed with good focus, the image is clear, well exposed, colors and tones appear natural. I like the clear globe here too! Nice detail on the bee and the flowers are just beautiful! Well presented artistic work!

What a nice close up, Susan. Love the way you put him in a bubble. You can concentrate on all his details. He does look like he has a crop of orange hair on his head. Thanks for sharing.

An eye catching presentation. The bumblebee is shown in fine detail and the color of the flowers is outstanding. The globe effect is less obvious than is often the case.

    Mike,
Thanks a million for your complementary review & kind words The Spherize effect gives a transparent frame while the Circle is framed with a colour I pick from the picture.
    Thanks again.

A fantabulous mixed media that utilized maximum framing in a bubble fashion.

Impressive capture of the Sharply focused bushy bee and purplish florets!

Hazy verdant foliage
Lends a visually soothing & refreshing background...

Square framing suits well this globular image...

Thanks for sharing...
