Interesting title. It makes me wonder if he's in school or in his room. The person in the dark behind him gives it a mysterious feel. I like the shading. Great job!

This is both pretty bold and very cool! You've captured the look on the kid's face perfectly, like he's waiting to get out. The colors are rich and vibrant on him, which is a stark contrast to his room and the adult in the background. I think it was a bold move to make the parental figure dark, but it translated really well here! Overall great job!

To me, this child figure conveys the thought and mood of powerlessness in the adult's enigmatic world looming around him. The flat, non-dimensional silhouette of the adult casting their shadow toward the child seems especially representative of this. As usual, this is very excellent work! Daphne Oberon

this is a great piece of art. the proportions are correct, the shadows are spot on, you got the texture in the carpet right, the shading in the skin... it's fantastic! :)

Another brilliant illustration for a music video with your Sharpie/bic pens. You've captured the sad expression of this child very well and the colours you used are excellent. Great detail as always with your wonderful cartoons. Excellent composition. Suzanne

Skill fully created illustration and storytelling with your art work. The initial impact is the child and you have captured their personality through those blue eyes...we also detect some sadness. You are the master of storytelling and sketching with your bic sharpie markers. Your details are incredible ....perfect light and shadows as well. Good facial features and facial proportions. Looking forward to more sketches for your new video. A creative and talented art work and thanks for sharing.

"Standin' by my window." I like the expressive eyes. The details are well-thought, especially the pupil of the eyes. Well-conceptualized and great drawing techniques. The choice of colors, created a prominent contrasting effects, especially the black and yellow. Surely, an image with a story to tell.

Wow! This was created with or for music video. That's awesome! I think that it may be sad song. You really understand children's world. This illustration makes me think. The window grid looks like prison, and a black shadow of a person may be a guard, brick wall, small space of the room make this child a prisoner. His eyes are outstanding! He wants more freedom, more love and fun projects. But the title of this one gives hope. Hopefully, everything the boy wants may be real in his future life. Great illustration!!!

Saw your You Tube videos - I am totally blown away. You are truly talented in multiple fields of art. As for the art work above - it is great. Poor kid - looks like he feels he is in the slammer - was that your intention? Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing more of your work. Have a great week.
