I've used studded snow tires myself,Pat! ( Back in the dim,dark days before I used a capable 4WD vehicle as my 'daily driver' and before modern All Season radials came along!)
Anyway,while I despise Winter,that's certainly not to say that I dislike anything about
this Winter scene that you've presented us with!
It's just Awesome! : D

(music) slip sliding awayyyyy..slip sliding awaaaayyy...(music) ..well it was the 1st thing that popped in my head when i first viewed this..wink..great capture. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this icy wintry road moving off into the horizon is cool. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.
