Wow - this is a very unusual image! It is interesting and the pattern of their heads and eyes is weirdly fascinating :) The bluish color cast leaves and eerie impression to go along with all those eyes!

So many eyes!! This is not a photo I would have taken, but in the context of a journalistic photo it is just right. The artist was close enough to make an impression on the viewer. The focus is great and the color is interesting. Good photography. Thank you for sharing.

I feel like I shouldn't like this photo cuz if I think too hard about it, it becomes really morbid. BUT aesthetically it's actually very pleasing, the soft silvery blue of the fish, the shapes of the eyes and fish heads. They are stacked uniformly but not perfectly, which makes this a visually interesting piece to look at.
