A beautiful Digital image that resembles an Oil painting of a Wine Decanter & a Goblet of finest hand blown glass, you have captured it's beautiful translucence. Created by very skilful digital techniques (that are a mystery to me) beautiful composition, framing & lighting beautiful choice blending & application of your colours.

This digital paint is just classic! I just love the colors and the beautiful depth shown in this work. The highlights of light are painted perfectly and the beauty of this silvery still life is very well done. Pleasure to see and best wishes in the competition.

Wow! Love the lighting that is hitting the vase and glass. The background has some wonderful colors and helps to showcase the bottle and glass. Great brush strokes that give the artwork texture. Nice image and presentation.

You have definitely captured the glass glimmering in the light. I wonder if the table or background could of been a little darker to highlight the subject. Great job.

Lovely ethereal digital creation, Cleo. I love the delicate colours you've used in this still life. I'm not really a lover of still life and very rarely paint any myself but I do like this one. Excellent use of light and shade and blending of colours. Lovely composition. Good luck in the contest. Suzanne

Thank you very much! I tried to paint the light and reflection rather then the objects.

A fine impressionistic painting. I like the simplicity of the composition and the interplay of light and shadows. Fine use of digital platform. A very good effort! Good luck!

Very ice shading effects, but I don't think the similar background shows off the main subject matter very well. The "lumpy texture" is also too similar. I wonder if the background was done after the bottle and glass? I think the background should be built first so the main subject lies smoothly against it and it does not look like an afterthought... I love the colors.... Daphne Oberon

Thank you kindly for your review. The background was done first. The bottle and glass reflect the colors of the curtain in the background.

What a great concept! What if the background had a different texture from the glass, perhaps do the curtains with wider, smoother strokes to make them look smoother and more like curtains. Or smooth them out horizontally.... I really like your concept but that the background was supposed to suggest curtains was not clear to me. In my opinion you are very close though... Daphne Oberon

this is a really interesting painting. i'm just curious... how can you use a palette knife and oil colours with a digital canvas? it's really a neat concept. this is a great piece of art. very traditional style and good shading

Thank you much for your kind comments. I have a special progam ArtRage by Ambient Design which allowed me to chose my canvas structure, colors and traditional tools. I even can mix my own color shades. I just move the tools with my fingers on a touch pad. It is like finger painting but more complicated. I could not do it without experience in traditional painting.
