Oh yes, I am such a sucker for this type of artwork. Just love the freedom expression created by wild random purposefully placed brush strokes displaying powerful energy in a landscape. This is so Van Gogh-esk. Just wish it was sized at about 30 by 30 inches.

Pallet knife? That even makes it better. I apologize. I mistook the strokes to be done with bold stiff brushstrokes. Thanks for correcting me. And you are welcome. So when are you going to break your size barrier?

Haha! I'm afraid not likely as I live in a small bungalow and storage space is very minimal! How I envy artists who have their own studios.....Maybe in another life. Suzanne

I understand. We are preparing to move back to California and I already have a 10 by 10 ft. storage unit filled with my paintings and my wife's crafts. Still love this work even if it is small.

A very beautiful sunset picture the sun on the horizon colouring the sky above in shades of gold & orange with sapphire blue sky above. These beautiful colours then reflected on the rippling waves in the foreground. Created with very skillful pallet knife skills beautiful choice & blending of your colours in bringing this scene to life.
