pity the focus is so soft, it takes from the initial impact

These are indeed beautiful shade of pink and the two center flowers are quite clear. Until one looks at them up close it is easy to forget how beautiful oleander blossoms really are! Thanks for sharing, Daphne Oberon

Wonderful initial impression: the pink oleander is a beautiful delicate flower in a delicious shade of pink. I like the placement of this group of four blossoms and two buds, the flower on the left and closest to the larger bud is well focused and clear to view, I see nice detail in all five of its petals and nice detail in the beautiful white petals with red running through them and the yellow of the center, the other blooms are in different positions the one just to the right allows a view of its center too. The flowers stand out well from the supporting greenery , and the pink tones are a beautiful contrast to the greenery. This is well photographed with good focus, the image is clear to view, your exposure is well controlled, colors and tones appear natural, without over saturation or over exposure. This is well presented ! Best to you in the contest!
