These are such beautiful flowers. You captured them with such clarity. The framing is beautiful and the light highlights them perfectly. Well done and thanks for sharing this with us. :)

Very nice picture of a pretty flower. The violet color is very pretty. You caught it well. I am curious and you might have said, but do they open and close? I am just now beginning to take to smell the roses I guess you would say so flowers intrigue me. The vivid colors and the purple being made to pop is a really great picture. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Hi Peg. I haven't seen much of your work lately. This is a very appealing image to say the least. I love the bright blues and purples against the muted green background. The composition jumps out at you with the depth of field you gave it and the framing of the flowers. Nice job.

A wonderful, sharp and well composed image of these beautiful purple/blue flowers in bloom, showing subtle changes in colour tone and great clarity in the details of the petals and stamen. The short DOF gives us a good backdrop of green foliage which contrasts well, in a nicely bordered and tightly framed image - great shot, well done :)

A lovely image. I remember my Botany teacher back in high school saying there was "no such thing as a blue flower in nature." I was 16 and he was really cute so, I believed him. :) I really like the soft background that helps these pretty "blue' flowers stand out. Nice. work.

I like how you composed this showing each flower at a different angle! Excellent sharpness and detail in the main flower. Your shallow depth of field creates a beautiful softness in the other flowers and the greenery in the background. Very well done!

The focus is wonderful. The other two flowers kind of fad which push's the focus on the front flower. Yes it is a very interesting flower. Your focus on it allows one to see the detail's of it. POV is nice, just straight on. Three of something always makes a interesting picture.
