A beautiful picture of these beautiful deep Lavender blue Aquilgia their Fairy like shape & sweet nectar were always a favourite in my Mother's garden.
Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques & razor sharp focus.
I tried a few days ago to look at your portfolio to do some reviews but found it gone from the list...I did not Mute you...I've never Muted anyone.

My garden consists mainly of goldenrod,a couple of butterfly bushes,and some orange milkweed,basically what the critters don?t like-lol! Hoping I can get it dug out and try again next spring-have to put fencing up,otherwise the deer will think it?s a pretty salad bar! :)

This is indeed a well thought out and intriguing rendition. I like very much that two of the Columbines are shown in different positions and a third soft in the background, which creates a nice triangle of blue and purple. The two diagonal placed blossoms show well defined detail. The colors are beautifully natural. The pale yellow of the stamens is especially intriguing and draws our eyes. The bud below ads extra interest.
