Hi there!
This capture is very good.
A good composition capture.
You captured this at a good angle where you can see the sun-lit side and the side that is not sun-lit.
Your dunes shot is a very nice contrast and stands out well from the sky in the background.
The dunes are almost "too perfect", it looks like someone made them that way.
I have never seen such golden-red tones before but then again, I have never been to that desert, they are very beautiful.
Thank you for sharing this with those of us who have never seen that part of the world!

Hi Super, The sand mounds in this image are so impressive you barely notice the Springbok. Having the Springbok in the shot though really lets you see how vast the area is. All I can say is WOW! :o) Helvi

Wow, this is definitely an amazing sight. I am sure in person it is even more amazing.
Well captured and I love the gazelle(?) which shows the size of the huge sand dunes. what a great adventure you seem to be on.
Thank you for sharing this amazing image with us.

Every reviewer is probably agreeing with me that the springbok is such an important element of this photo because he gives the clay dune the proper perspective. Good, rich colors and the large shadow was a stroke of luck for you (or perhaps you waited for it). Very impressive photo;

This image is stunning. The colors go so well together. The image is simple with it's orange mountain and the shadows on it. The animal in the shot is a bonus. This is such an elegant looking photo.

Love the colors and beautiful composition of this picture! Excellently done! The lighting and contrast is wonderful, bright and vivid! Love that you were able to get the lone deer crossing the desert, shows the vastness of the area. Thanks for sharing! Jill

Nice composition and color. I really like the shadows and shapes on the dunes. The lone springbok adds additional interest. Thanks for sharing and good luck in the contest.

The magnificent size of this sand dune is well presented, with the animal for comparison. The multiple shades of red and brown, give the desert feel for this landscape.

Outstanding! Perfect shadowing, depth of focus, lighting, and composition. The animal in the forefront really point out how huge this salt and clay pan. Would love to see it in person. Congrats on a beautiful image

Great scene here Fred. I really like the dramatic shapes and shadows of the distant dune. Just enough sky to make a nice contrast. The Springbok adds a nice element to give dimension to the dunes. Well done Fred ~ Steve
