This is a superb photo of these beautiful dunes! The orange color is wonderful. The lines in the sand lead the eye into the photo. I like the trees in front of the dunes.

Really fantastic photo you have here, the orange sand standing out against the intensity of the blue sky.The rippled sand at the bottom of your photo leads the eye up into the treeline centerally placed in your shot, continuing to lead up to the top of the dune, the sunlite side in sharp contrast to the darkness of the shadowed side.Wonderful entry for the contest, best of luck! This is beautiful landscape photography. The clarity of the image shows the amazing high sand dunes. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good effort!

Quite a grand entry into the competition posted here! Like your traditional style of composition, with the patterns in the lower half contrasting nicely with the smoothness at the top. Sharpness and exposure are good. Well done and good luck!

Very nice scenic image. Nice clean blue sky. Good composition. The top of the sand dune is the center of the image with the desert sands making small ripples pointing to the dune and the receding treeline.

Those dunes are indeed impressive, especially beneath that blue desert-sky. I like how the photo is composed. The contradictions of the wavy sand below, the trees in the middle and the extraordinary high dunes in the back are very impressive. The photo is well balanced and framed. The placement of the rim of the highest dune just right beside the center of the photo is perfect.

Breathtaking red sand and earth fanned into wind-sculpted forms. The ripples in the foreground are not even marked by animal tracks. Sorry, I am truly out of six stars now. This wonderful shot has nothing to criticize, only to applaud! Daphne Oberon

I can easily afford a 6 for this fabulous landscape capture! Great textures in the foreground, coupled with the wonderful placement of the trees which almost seems out of place here!
Maybe a mirage....lol
Fantastic colors with good color harmony. Your lighting and exposure are excellent! Great center of interest and story telling ability.
Wonderful initial and visual impact. Great technique and high technical excellence. A truly fine job and a winner!
Thanks for sharing!!

Very nice. You have captured the dunes very well. I like the broad view here because it shows the expanse. That being said, I think there are several very good potential abstracts here as well - the curving ridge with shadows in close-up could be dynamic. Nice color in the sand and the sky. Well seen and well taken. Thank you for sharing. Good luck in the contest.
