A beautiful stop action picture of this REAL Robin attempting to cough up what ever it has stuck down it's throat. It looks as if it's going through the latter stages of it's post breeding moult to be ready to face the winter. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
