This is a fine shot of the blue beauties with a butterfly feasting on them!. You have timed it well. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good effort!

A nice entry into the competition posted here! Your fine almost central and full composition grants us an enjoyable view of both plant and bloom. Sharpness and exposure are good. Well done and good luck!

At last, its here!
Excellent choice of blue subject.
Sharply focused in the thumb nail version...

Verdant overtone!
A closer cropping would have enhanced the initial impact!

Nice perspective & narrow DOF.
Best of luck in the contest!

Thanks for sharing...

What a lovely scene here. It reminds me of walking through fields as a kid catching butterflies. The colors are nicely rendered and the vertical format works well here. Good entry to the contest and I wish you all the best in the voting ~Steve

Very good vertical format to showcase this pretty blue lupine. The blurred background makes this flower stand out.Like the little skipper butterfly stopping for a drink. Very good natural color. Best of luck in the contest with this pleasing image!

Beautiful blue flower , it looks similar to the wild lupine we have in Alaska. This is well photographed with good focus, the image is clear, exposure is well handled, colors and tones appear natural. I like this composition allowing us a sense of how this flower grows and it's location. The moth or butterfly is a bonus and brings life to this scene. Best to you in the contest!

A very nice solitary blue bonnet. I like the way it is isolated in a field of green. Good detail in the flower and well composed. Best of luck in the contest.
