Wow! I like this pencil sketch of the Eric. I love the way you have created the hair style...but more than that you have captured the image and essences of him . The eyes and facial features, and expression on his face are nicely done. Your shading and light and darks are add interest and dynamics to your portrait. Good facial proportions. Beautiful done is the shading of blending of pencil. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing. Best of wishes in the contest.

An excellent and incredible work of art. The detail in this image is perfectly drawn with exquisite talent and skill.
Outstanding image and although the story is a bit sad, he looks very young and I'm sure it eventually will take a turn for the better. Best wishes in the competition.

Beautiful - you can see his darkness, but you can also see shining hope in there. It's a good decision to go with black and white for this. Excellent work.

First of all, I am so sorry that Eric is not in a good place and I will keep him in my prayers . This is initially very impressive, he is a handsome young man with swept back blonde hair ,worn short at the sides , he has a broad forehead and well shaped face, features are well suited to his face shape and proportionate , his eyes are beautiful and your creation of them brings him to life, he has a very pleasant expression,he looks like a deep thinker. I like his jacket and the scarf around his neck. Your light and shaded areas give dimension to his face . This is very well rendered and a great display of your artistic ability. Well presented ! Best to you in the contest!
