Wonderful use of color. Your rendering of the texture of the feathers and the beak are excellent. The toucan seems so real, almost 3D. I love the background as well. Good luck in the contest.

This is soo cool and a great head shot of the Toucan. Love the bold colors on the bird and then the muted background to make him stand out! Wow...good luck in contest but watch out for the owl!

This is a stunning image - it almost leaps off the screen. Rather neutral background allows the bird's colours to shime through. Nicely positioned, and very lifelike. Great work.

Colourful indeed! You have the sharpness where needed to bring the bird into focus, love the way you've blended and layered the colours on the beak.
Nice to see someone else utilising the airbrush, It's perfect for background effects. Would be cool to see you use more often. Good luck in the contest!
