ok who is up for water basketball? wink..lol. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this hippo with mouth wide open in the water is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall

cool photo! These guys are dangerous! I worked at a zoo for a short time and the staff were more nervous of these guys then the bog cats and for a reason. The colors appear natural, the focus clear. Thanks for sharing it. Good luck in the contest.

unfortunately there are many children toys with hippos because their funny face; people think they are so kind?
same problem in the North with the teddy bears...
