Yes, lots of places operate on a 24/7 basis! This harbour looks very big and busy even late in the day. Your beautiful dusk image is well composed, sharp with good exposure. Well done!

A beautiful picture of the Commercial Harbour at le Harve at sunset with the chimneys derricks & cranes in silhouette set against the beautiful orange sky with pearl grey clouds flying across the high heavens. The beauty of the sky then reflected upon the estuary of the Seine. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Yes. That is what is happening in all major cities around the world bringing down the quality of life of people! This is an awesome shot of the harbour after sunset. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good effort!
