A magical view over looking the Colorado River snaking it's way through the grand canyon it's taken eons to carve though the surrounding rock formations & their beautifully coloured strata layers that change colours as the sun moves across the heavens. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Nice canyon shot showing the river winding its way through. It looks like your horizon line may not be quite level. Good color and nice detail in the shot. A de-hazer might help bring out more. Good leading line for the eye to follow and a good composition. Well seen.

A beautiful perspective on this iconic landscape. I like the composition and think the perspective from the helicopter is fantastic. Nice detail in the canyon wall and great colors.

One of the wonders of the world. The Grand Canyon is so big and Beautiful. The multicolored bands of rock that have been carved out over the eons of time are so very dramatic. You have done a great job of capturing the beauty and ruggedness of this canyon. Your POV really makes for a grand landscape photo. The sky is a bit bright pulling the eye away from those gorgeous colors and textures you captured. Not a big thing however. Great shot here Nik ~ Steve

Sharp foreground, distant middle ground view with the background fading away to create the feeling of distance. Check. And the selection of a beautiful natural scene to create a beautiful photograph. Double check. Reasons for my five star vote.
