Thank you for the review.

I really really like the design in this coaster.
I love the colors displayed. I love the fact the design appears as a flower with the center extending out to the outer rim of the coaster.
Nicely done and fun!

A different rendition with an oriental style.
Fantabulous flowing impasto strokes.
EyeCATching creation neatly framed in a square format.
Subtle illumination.
Subdued colors.
Sharply focused.

When you are just having fun, it looks like it ends with a beautiful piece of art Suzanne. This looks so beautiful and I also like very much the colors you have used. Another thing I appreciate a lot is the explanation about how this was done.
It is lovely shapes and lines to be seen in the wooden coaster, and it also looks like the textures of the wood is shining through.
I think this is both creative and original, and so very well done.

You always amaze me with your creativity. Using the PVA glue and coconut milk is a great idea. Does the milk cause any mildew for mold like regular milk might do? The effect is awesome and very pretty. I'll go look at the others. (You know I am going to try this technique Oh Great Teacher) every pretty.

Thanks so much, Linda, for your great review. The coconut milk I use is actually hair serum, more like oil but it is called coconut milk! So it doesn't leave any residue. It also smells nice and is good for the hair! I do hope you try this technique as it's so much fun. Suzanne

So, you've moved on to other colours, and made a fabulous job of it. I love this - it would make a great Christmas coaster. Beautiful shapes - I see lots and lots of flowers. Great stuff.

A very attractive coaster. Using the nethod you describe has resulted in a good bbalance with quite defined colours making for me petals similar to a,dahlia. Your story and nethod are well described and written.

I absolutely love everything about this, the colors are amazing together, this could be autumn leaves or it could be a beautiful flower it's just fabulous! It came together and created such a beautiful work of art . It is an absolute pleasure to sit here and admire this coaster , it's much too pretty to cover with a drink!
