You did an excellent job with the light on the barn. It looks great and accentuates the richness of the colors. Those mountains are massive and really dwarf the barn in comparison. The landscape and the textures of the mountains look good with the barn. I might have cropped some of the sky at the top but the shade of blue gives the mountaintops a nice three dimensional appearance.

This is a wonderful photo, Ruth Ann. And I like that you did it in portrait format - many of us would not think of that for this scenery, but it really works. The detail in the shadows is great and really sets the mood. Really nice.

Thank you, Robert! Yes, to me, the scene felt vertical plus enabled me to eliminate the various out buildings.

Interesting shot to view. The optical illusion of the mountain towering over the barn is very strong. Wish there was a bit more light on the barn to help bring out the colors. and details. I think I would consider cropping out some of the sky. Well seen and well taken.

A gorgeous capture of this icon shot of this old barn taken in The Grand Tetons National Park. Good differentiation and contrast in your scene. You have achieved a good perspective. I like that you lightened the barn bring out those wonderful details captured with your camera. Very well captured with good details and clarity in your image. Nice work and thanks for sharing.

Fine capture Ruth Ann :)
Love the textures, the golden light, snow capped mountains and the way you highlighted the barn in editing. I would suggest you crop more of the blue sky on top.
Too much negative space.
Nice work

It was an excellent idea to lighten the barn because the Mountains in the back and the blue sky would indeed overtake the barn completely. You applied your enhancement well. The mountains still dominate, but now the barn is in nice light and in concurrence with the mountains. Now, the barn is an intriguing object which finally captured the interest of the viewer fully. I appreciate that you applied your enhancements carefully and all the colors are still natural looking.

I have to confess that I have only been in this location once, so I cannot claim to be on expert on it! Seems to me that you set yourself an ambitious target? Well, judging by your fine photo you succeeded! Well done!

Wow this is a spectacular image. I could imagine living in this setting and loving every second. It almost appears as a wonderful painting. A magical place. The barn almost appears as though it has been imposed onto this gorgeous scene.
Very well captured and a true pleasure to view. I wish I had a 6 to offer on this lovely view.
