I think this is an excellent photograph. I really love nature photography. I have never seen a fly so up close and personal colors are vibrant and the detail is amazing

Definitely a worthy entry - can't get much greener than that! Very nice rendition of a subject we mostly ignore (or swat). The detail is great and so is the composition with the fly traveling the vein from bottom right to top left - and the fact that he is on the right, traveling into the picture.

This is a great contest entry! I like the diagonal composition, the texture of the leaf, gorgeous colors. The fly is amazing!!! The big words or name of it sounds like from a medical dictionary. A beautiful picture of this iridescent Green Dolichopodidae condylostylus with it's gossamer wings also showing off their iridescence & transparency as the fly runs about on the green leaf. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
