A beautiful spot no matter how you pronounce it. The scene is well composed and the clouds, lit from below, have fantastic colors that are well reflected on the ice.

Maybe the locals are pronouncing it the Indian way? Your gorgeous landscape photo benefits from being well composed with fine exposure and is sharp. Nicely done!

The blues are inviting and simply dreamy. Your focus is sharp, details crisp, but that one blown spot in the sky is a distraction. I would crop it out or clone it out.
Here is where learning Kelvin Scale would guarantee Perfect white balance.
No marks off because it's a stunning view Pat. I just feel white balance is the most important thing in Photography to get correct in camera.

I love just a hint of various colors in the mostly monochromatic scene.
The slight hint of sunshine reflecting on the water and evident in the sky make for a very nice over all balance.
Excellent focus and crisp detail.
