This is a wonderful shot. I love the way the bird is positioned in the frame, and the splashes of colour from the autumn leaves. Crisp, clear lines, good focus. Just fabulous.

Grace,
A beautiful picture of this juvenile Cedar Waxwing perched in the tree with the light shining from behind through the golden leaves still clinging to the branches before the fall off. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

This is a nice capture of bird I have only seen photos of. I am Reviewing on the photo when you click on it to see it correctly.
Vertical shots do not post well here. Only pano and square for some odd reason.
The bird stands out nicely despite the busy background.
Great find and capture on what looked like a cold cloudy day.
Nice work G ;)

Thank you Sange :) The yellow of his tail tip gets a bit lost with all those yellow leaves, but oh well :)

A beautiful specimen with a very nice looking eye. I like the colors and the fluffy plumage, but think the tree on the left sort of crowds the bird a bit.

This image caught my eye right away. It is so deserving of a 6 star rating. The framing and pose of the bird is so well done. The yellow leaves in the background and the branches all make for a wonderful composition that holds your interest. Love it.
