Indeed this is an interesting shot. The boat between the two lobster traps makes an interesting viewing. The clarit is just fine. So also the depth. Thanks for sharing!

Creative natural framing.
Sharply focused features in diminishing perspective.
Vanishing viewpoint...
Overcast lighting!

Thanks!

Helvi,
An interesting shot of the small motor boat tied up against the quay viewed between two stacks of plastic covered wire Lobster-Pots the trees along the far shore along with the Lobster_pots framing the boat. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

What a cool POV Nancy. All the leading lines point directly to the boat. The details in the traps is spot on and they are nicely accented by the dock boards running parallel with the wire of the traps. Well seen and well taken Nancy ~ Steve

Hi Lucas, I think an artist can picture POV in an image a lot sharper than the rest of us, so I am honored you felt I was in the right place to capture this shot. To know you felt this was an interesting presentation means a lot. Thanks for the wonderful review! :o) Helvi

This was a shot when I had to maneuver myself a bit so I could get the shot. I loved how it gave a different perspective to the shot. I'm glad you enjoyed it and thought I presented it well. Thanks for the Great Review! :o) Helvi

Who would have though that lobster traps would make such a nice frame? I like the composition and the great depth of field that keeps everything nice and sharp.
